Biography
Dr. Md. Anwar Hossain Mondal is an Aquaculture and Fisheries expert with over 18 years of experience in teaching, research, extension, and project management with national and international development organizations. He obtained his PhD on the “Assessment of the Socio-economic and Technical Impact of Aquaculture Extension Project in Rural Bangladesh.” His expertise includes sustainable aquaculture development, climate-resilient technologies, participatory planning, livelihood assessment, farmer capacity building, gender inclusion, and research–extension–farmer linkages. He has extensive experience in research, training, monitoring and evaluation, project implementation, and developing sustainable solutions for aquaculture and fisheries development. He is committed to promoting resilient aquatic resource management and improving rural livelihoods through innovative research and effective extension approaches.
