Biography

About 22 years I have involved in teaching of farm animal reproduction, treatment, including management, diagnosis, and prevention of different diseases. Also my expertization has on disease model animal production through Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer (SCNT), in-vitro and ex-vivo model embryo production, semen analysis and processing. Apart from this I have a little experience on large and small animal surgery. I am also engaged in pedagogy skills pool of FAO, Bangladesh.

Research Interest

  • In vitro and ex-vivo embryo culture, Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer (SCNT) and stem cell culture;
  • Genetic improvement of farm animal through advanced reproductive technology (ART);
  • Development of "new techniques for risk analysis and mitigation of the risk factors for dairy cattle of southern part of  Bangladesh";
  • Molecular characterization of mastitis causal agents in dairy cows and buffaloes and risk factors in farm condition.
  • Pet animal behavior and reproduction management
